Refund policy
We are confident that you will greatly benefit from the nutrient-dense foods and food-based supplements you have selected from our shop.
If you do however change your mind, we can provide you with a credit or an exchange (subject to availability) for full priced items provided that the following conditions are met:
- The products are in their original packaging with all tags still intact.
- The products haven't been damaged, opened or used.
- The products are returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase.
The cost of return shipping is at your expense and you must use a prepaid and traceable method of shipping to ensure safe and documented delivery of the products. Earth-raised & Wild do not take responsibility for products that have been lost or damaged while being transported back to us.

If you are returning faulty products, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement upon their return. Earth-raised and Wild will reimburse you for the cost of shipping in this instance.
While we take great care to accurately pack your order, if the products you receive are different to those you have ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will either replace the item or provide you with a full refund.
Sale items cannot be returned for a credit or exchange unless they are faulty.
We will endeavour to process returns within 5-7 days of them arriving back to us. Please let us know if you would like to exchange the goods or receive a credit. Credits will be issued in the form of a, Earth-raised and Wild store credit that you need to use within 12 months.
