Shipping policy

Earth-raised & Wild currently only ships within New Zealand.

We aim to process your order as quickly as we can, within working hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Our estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days following dispatch.

During holiday periods or when we are having a sale, there may be some delays processing orders so please allow an extra day or two for your order to be dispatched. 

There may be unexpected courier delays, due to poor weather or busy periods (e.g. Christmas). Though these are outside our control or responsibility, we will try our absolute best to have your items out to you as soon as possible. 

Our shipping rate is a flat fee of $10 for the North Island and $15 for the South Island. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

We advise you to take care when entering shipping information, as we can not accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an incorrect address being entered. 

If you don't receive your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please let us know so that we can investigate this with the shipping provider. 

If your receive any damaged goods, we need to know as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue with our shipping provider.
