Sardines in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Good Fish sardines are sustainably caught off the coast of Spain and Portugal in the middle of the night, are cooked and filleted onshore in Spain the following day and preserved in certified organic extra virgin olive oil to maximise their flavour.

Sardines have well documented health properties and can be eaten whole, on fresh, crusty bread, or serve as part of a waxy potato salad with abundant herbs for a fresh and dynamic meal.
